At Casabana, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at info@casabana.com to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the items you wish to return, including the original packaging and any accessories.
- Shipping Label: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Print the label and attach it to your package.
- Send It Back: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location or schedule a pickup.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
